This year’s holiday party will be held on Wednesday, December 10 – starting at 6:00pm at the BellRinger Brewing Company in Ventura.

* Early birds are welcome to come at 5:30pm to enjoy a drink and socialize!

PARTY DETAILS

Club member John White and his son Dan are doing a “special deal” for us by closing the restaurant to the public for our holiday party!

• • • They will provide a buffet, including chicken and beef, rice pilaf, salad and a vegetable side.
    • The restaurant is downtown Ventura, with a parking structure nearby. For those with difficulty walking, there is an alley right behind that provides access to the back door of the restaurant.
    • Ventura’s “main street” will be decorated for the holidays, and you might want to dress warm, and get there early to walk around before or after the party!

COSTS

• • • We are still determining the cost per person but guesstimate it will be a very reasonable $______ per person.
    • No-host bar for beverages (wine & beer).
    • We will have a tip jar, to help pay for the entertainment

      • • Will be Michael Falcone, Ira Nepus and a possible “special guest”
    • RAFFLE TICKETS
      • • $5 each, five for $20.
        • All proceeds are for the kid’s trip in the summer.
        • This is a raffle with lots of goodies that have been donated.

IMPORTANT:  We must have your payment in hand, by November 30—for an accurate count for food.
